Morgan Hannaleck is a mental health therapist, speaker, and author who helps women break free from self-doubt and embrace their authentic selves. After overcoming a life-threatening eating disorder and years of struggling with self-worth, she now empowers others to heal through self-compassion, curiosity, and joyful growth. Through her speaking, therapy, and advocacy, she reminds people that they can rewrite their stories and step into who they were always meant to be.

From a young age, I resented my body and myself. Years of bullying and constant pressure to meet high expectations left me feeling like I was never enough. Becoming a professional athlete deepened these wounds. I trained relentlessly, tried every diet imaginable, and pushed myself to extremes.
Looking back now at photos from those years, I see there was nothing wrong with me.
