Hi, I’m Eva Nagy
Positive Psychology Coach & Host of The Joy of Being You™ Podcast
Eva Nagy is a Positive Psychology Coach and host of The Joy of Being You Podcast who helps women who have already spent years healing and understanding their past begin looking forward and intentionally creating the future they want.
Eva’s work is deeply connected to her own story. She moved to the United States believing that starting a new life would allow her to move on from her past, but over time she realized she had recreated much of the life she thought she had left behind. After a panic attack in 2009, she began a long journey of therapy, coaching, meditation, and personal growth, spending years healing, learning, and trying to understand herself.
She believed she had made significant progress, but when her mother passed away in 2023, the loss brought her to her knees and marked another major turning point in her life. In the months that followed, Eva began shifting her attention from continually looking back to focusing on what she wanted her future to look like and how she could create it.
That shift now shapes much of the work she shares with other women.
Today, Eva brings together the Joy of Being You philosophy with practical tools from Positive Psychology to help women recognize their strengths, trust themselves, make intentional choices, and create lives that reflect who they are and what truly matters to them.
Through her coaching, speaking, and The Joy of Being You podcast, Eva shares a message of hope, possibility, and moving forward.
