Workbook requests, newsletters and contact forms

When you request the First Steps Workbook or subscribe to our emails, we collect the name and email address you provide.

We use this information to deliver the workbook and send the updates described on the signup form, including information about coaching, courses and the podcast.

We use MailerLite to manage our mailing list and send these emails. Your subscriber information is stored and processed through that service. You can read MailerLite’s Privacy Policy for more information.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

If you contact us through the website or by email, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website and to help improve our website and content.

Google Analytics may use cookies and collect information such as the pages visited, how visitors reached our website, approximate location, and browser and device information. This information is processed by Google to provide analytics services.

Meta advertising tracking

When enabled, we use the Meta Pixel to understand how people interact with our website and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

Who we share your data with

We use service providers to operate our website and communications. These include website hosting, email delivery and spam-protection services.

We share subscriber information with MailerLite to manage our mailing list and deliver emails.
